Watch This Space @ Beaconsfield Gallery Vauxhall

I decided to present my video piece with a LCD screen and placed it on the floor. I was quite happy with it as on the floor it looks like pond or puddle in the middle of a gallery space. The process is the outcome of this work. I notice audiences walking around it looking at it and can't quite move away their eyes as the movement of these interacting materials was so mesmerizing.

There's a discussion about whether to cut and hide the wooden blocks underneath. To me it was actually drawing attention towards my piece, so I didn't actually think of hiding them. Though my most ideal way to present it is to be on the same level with the floor, so the LCD screen will be in the floor, and it wasn't actually possible to make a hole on the floor.
